Most Amazon roles sit inside a broader paid media team and end up focused on execution. This one leads — client accounts, strategy, and a team of advertising strategists reporting to you.
Our client is a global eCommerce accelerator working across performance media, marketplaces, and D2C channels. They partner with a portfolio of well-known consumer brands — combining data, marketplace expertise, and hands-on strategy to drive measurable commercial outcomes. In Australia, the marketplace practice is growing, and this hire is central to that.
You'll step in as the senior practitioner and account lead across a portfolio of clients. That means owning the full Amazon Ads strategy — from Sponsored Products through DSP — managing budget allocation, running keyword and structural optimisation, and acting as the primary client contact. You'll also work closely with SEO and Analytics teams to align paid and organic marketplace performance, and you'll lead a small team of advertising strategists.
This isn't an execution-only role. You'll be expected to identify growth opportunities, contribute to account expansion, and use competitor and platform insights to drive incremental value for clients.
$90,000 + super | Sydney CBD | Hybrid (WFH Mondays and Fridays) | Permanent
