What exactly is Kindred Talent?

A referral network for digital and performance marketing. Every introduction starts with someone we already know — talent we've worked with personally, agency partners trusted inside the network, platforms that fit how your business actually works. Warm, every time.

How is this different from using a recruiter?

A recruiter sends you a shortlist and moves on to the next role. We make one or two introductions and stay invested in how they land. Every person or partner we refer is someone we'd personally vouch for, that's what warm means. Not just a tone, an accountability. You skip the pile of irrelevant CVs because we are the specialist in this space.

What does an engagement look like?

You brief us on what you actually need, not just the job description, but the context. The stage you're at, what isn't working, what good looks like. We ask questions until we understand it properly. Then we make one or two introductions, not ten. Most briefs have a first introduction within 72 hours. We follow up on both sides to make sure it lands.

How are you paid?

Referral fee model. For talent placements, it's a percentage of first-year salary. For agency and partner referrals, a flat introduction fee or success share depending on the engagement. We're upfront about this before anything starts, no fine print, no surprises. And 5% of every placement fee goes to a charity of your choosing.
