About the Role
We're working with an independent digital agency to find an SEO Manager who can lead organic strategy for a portfolio of retail, fashion, and lifestyle clients. This is a fully remote role with a strong team culture and quarterly in-person meetups in Melbourne.
What You'll Do
- Own organic search strategy and execution across 8–12 client accounts
- Conduct technical audits, keyword research, and content gap analysis
- Brief and collaborate with content and development teams on implementation
- Report monthly on organic performance, rankings, and traffic attribution
- Contribute to new business pitches and scope scoping for SEO retainers
About You
- 3+ years in SEO, agency-side preferred
- Proficient in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4/GSC
- Comfortable briefing technical fixes to dev teams
- Strong written communication — you'll be presenting to clients
The Package
$100k–$120k + super. Fully remote, Melbourne-based team. 4-day work week trial underway. Equipment budget provided.
