About the Role

We're partnering with a fast-scaling eCommerce business to find a Senior Programmatic Manager on a freelance basis — two days per week — to own programmatic display, video, and CTV. You'll build and optimise campaigns that complement an existing paid social and search function.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, build, and optimise programmatic campaigns across DV360 and The Trade Desk
  • Own audience strategy, inventory quality, and brand-safety controls
  • Partner with the performance team to align programmatic with full-funnel goals
  • Manage budgets and report on ROAS, viewability, and incrementality
  • Test emerging channels — CTV, audio, and retail media

About You

  • 5+ years in programmatic, agency or in-house
  • Hands-on with DV360 and/or The Trade Desk
  • Strong grasp of measurement — comfortable with incrementality and MMM concepts
  • Happy to operate two focused days a week

The Package

$750 per day, two days per week. Fully remote. Ongoing freelance engagement with a collaborative, senior team.
