About the Role
Kindred Talent is partnering with a high-growth eCommerce scale-up seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to own their paid media function across Google, Meta, and emerging channels. Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll lead a small in-house team and manage a seven-figure media budget.
What You'll Do
- Own full-funnel paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate
- Lead and develop a team of two performance specialists
- Drive continuous improvement in ROAS, CPA, and contribution margin
- Partner with the eCommerce and creative teams on landing pages and ad creative
- Report weekly to the executive team on channel performance and budget pacing
About You
- 5+ years in performance marketing, ideally within DTC or eCommerce
- Proven track record managing $1M+ annual media budgets
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable in GA4, Northbeam, or Triple Whale
- Experience managing or mentoring junior performance marketers

$130k–$160k + super, hybrid 3 days Sydney CBD. Flexible start date. Genuine growth path to VP Marketing within 18 months.
